Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Business Checks within the United States.
Shipping:
Most of the items are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer's
warehouse with a 99.9% fill rate, and may be stocked in multiple
warehouses throughout the United States.
Please have a valid residential or commercial shipping address when
ordering. For heavier items that require freight shipping, we cannot
deliver to PO Boxes or APO-FPO addresses due to shipper restrictions.
*We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect addresses at the
time of your order, so please double check and make sure you input the
correct address, and it's up to date.
Military address: We can ship smaller items up to 50 lbs. to APO/FPO
addresses. Shipping to a military address works very differently than
regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the
military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various
bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it.
Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items that
they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on

All items are brand new (unless noted otherwise), unopened, and in
their original manufacturer's box/packaging and contain the full
manufacturer's warranty.

International shipping: We ship international. If you need to place a
large order, please contact us first to receive a combined discounted
shipping rate.
Most orders ship within 24 hours via UPS Ground or FedEx depending on your destination, total weight and selection of item (s).
If you are ordering multiple items or very large bulk orders that
qualify for freight shipping, please allow up to 4-7 business days for
delivery time.
Tracking numbers for each product are emailed to the buyer
immediately after the product is shipped. Please be assured that each
product is brand new, highest quality,
factory sealed and packaged safely in the original manufacturers box
before it is shipped. The seller cannot be held responsible for loss,
damage, defects, or
delays that may occur during transit. However should this occur, please
contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper, for a
replacement or a full refund.
Returns:
NOTE:
All sales on Hospital Beds, Mattresses, & Bath Safety Items are
final (unless unopened or damaged) due to hygiene/sanitary reasons,
thank you.
If you are not totally satisfied with your item (s) upon arrival or you
notice a defect or if the product was damaged during transit, please
contact us first, to make arrangements to authorize a return on any
items. You will need an assigned RA# for any returned items. Any items
being returned, must be in their original box in the same condition
(brand new) as they were upon being shipped out.
Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items,
and may be charged a 10-15% restock fee on specific items that are
returned.
Please DO NOT damage the original box or packaging until you have had a chance
to look over the item (s), and are 100% satisfied with your purchase!
All the original paperwork, receipts, invoices, and any warranty papers, and original box,
must be included.
