Home > DryPro Waterproof Body Protectors > DryPro Leg Cast Protector

DryPro is a surgical latex sleeve that fits over Casts, Bandages, Ostomy, PICC lines and Prosthetics to offer complete waterproof protection. Its vacuum seal assures that a cast, bandage, limb or site will remain dry, even when submerged in water. Patients can go swimming, bathe, shower and receive hydrotherapy. Our products are sold in over 20 countries all over the world, and we've been saving summer and quality of life for almost a decade! Our waterproof PICC line protectors can be used for treatment against cancer, lyme disease, osteomyolitis and every other treatment that involves IV's or catheters.

DryPro Cast Protectors, PICC Protectors, Ostomy Protectors and Prosthetic Protectors are all made of a durable material with a patented pump providing a water tight vacuum seal with air tight protection that cannot be found in any other product. DryPro products are so waterproof, you can completely submerge yourself in water at the beach, in the pool and in the shower or bath. There are many imitators but nothing compares to the DryPro! Instructions for Wearing the DryPro Waterproof Cast and Bandage Cover.

DryPro ® Waterproof Cast Covers carry a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. Warranty covers defects only.

Measuring for the DryPro®

1) Measure Limb Circumference

Leg: Measure the circumference of the leg just above the cast or bandage. If the end of the cast is very close to the knee, measure mid thigh.

*Note: Do not measure around the cast, but measure around the bare leg.

2) Measure Length

Leg: Measure from the back of the heel to where the circumference was measured. For younger children the full arm and full leg DryPro® offer the best fit; measure from their mid bicep or mid thigh. Don't worry if the DryPro® is longer than it needs to be. Move the extra length to the middle of the limb, the excess material will just shrink in on itself when the vacuum is created.

3) Use Size Charts

Using the size charts, select the DryPro® size that is right for you or your patient. The circumference is more important than the length because it is critical for a good seal.

*Note: The half arms and half legs are not normally used for children. Pediatric patients almost always use full arm or leg DryPro®. The circumference measurement is very important for proper sizing, excess length is not a problem.
