If you
are not totally satisfied with your item (s) upon arrival or you notice
a defect or if the product was damaged during transit, please
contact us first, to make arrangements to authorize a return on any
items. You will need an assigned RA# for any returned items. Any items being returned, must be in their original box in the
same condition (brand new) as they were upon being shipped out.
Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items,
and may be charged a 10-15% restock fee on bulk/heavier freight items.

DO NOT damage the box until you have had a chance to look over the item
(s), and are 100% satisfied with your purchase! All the original
paperwork, receipts, invoices, and any warranty papers must be
included.

*Due to hygiene & sanitary reasons, the DryPro Protectors can not be returned unless the package is unopened. DryPro may only be exchanged for the same size if there is a defect in the product or if the package was damaged during transit.
